Overview

The Incident Ops team is a global 24/7 team responsible for driving incident response and management from detection to resolution, ensuring high reliability and user satisfaction.

In Short

  • Act as an on-call Incident Commander for incident resolution.
  • Lead user-facing incidents across various domains.
  • Utilize a user-first approach for impact assessment and communication.
  • Update internal stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and post-mortems.
  • Drive improvements in incident handling processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build team strategy.
  • Coach other Incident Response Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of major incident experience in mission-critical applications.
  • Ability to lead multiple incidents with authority.
  • Strong full stack technical skills with cloud technologies.
  • Experience in coding and automation (Python, Ruby, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of infrastructure and compute platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills in data manipulation.
  • Excellent task management and detail-oriented skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
