ARB Interactive is a thriving social gaming startup redefining player experiences across North America. We are seeking an experienced Fraud, Risk, & Payments Agent to protect our platform from fraudulent activities while ensuring smooth payment processing for our valued players.

In Short

• Review and investigate suspicious transactions, user behaviors, and payment patterns
• Process payment disputes, chargebacks, and refunds
• Monitor and analyze fraud trends using detection tools
• Write detailed investigation reports
• Collaborate with Payment Processors and Third-Party Vendors
• Support VIP player transactions
• Assist in updating fraud prevention rules
• Availability to work 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET, including weekends

Requirements

• 3+ years of fraud prevention experience in social casino or gaming industry
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience handling high-value player accounts
• Knowledge of compliance regulations
