Overview

Solutions Engineers at Anthology act as strategic partners within the Global Markets team to understand, configure, and communicate the value of the Anthology suite of products to Higher Education institutions.

In Short

• Understanding the needs of higher education institutions and communicating the value of solutions.
• Conducting productive discovery sessions with prospects and customers.
• Translating customer needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Responding to customer needs with confidence and domain expertise.
• Collaborating with the proposal team for high-quality RFP/RFI responses.
• Keeping product content and demos current for presentations.
• Preparing and delivering demos to showcase solutions.
• Staying updated with software releases and product changes.
• Participating in technical efforts during the sales process.
• Reviewing solution options and recommending alternatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of Technical/Functional Solutions Engineering or Higher Education experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to present solutions effectively.
• Strong project management skills.
• Positive team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
