Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) ensures that customers see value throughout their entire Anthology journey, focusing on success and retention by engaging with customers to understand their goals and create plans that achieve partnership objectives.

In Short

  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of products and their functionalities.
  • Participating in customer discovery calls to create value proposals.
  • Managing and delivering high-quality technical validation events.
  • Building and maintaining relationships across customer organizations.
  • Developing and implementing account engagement plans.
  • Conducting regular partnership reviews with customers.
  • Driving advocacy through references and success stories.
  • Assisting Regional Sales Managers with identifying customer goals.
  • Promoting customer engagement in the Anthology Community.
  • This role requires 40-50% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field.
  • Understanding of instructional technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • 8-12 years of pre-sales experience in enterprise sales or education technology.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present to diverse groups effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
