Overview

The Partnership Management Analyst II plays a pivotal role in crafting, launching, and delivering Anthology Partner solutions in the Education Technology space, contributing to the orchestration of program services.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of Partner accounts and maintain ongoing engagements.
• Create Partner account plans with recommendations for investment benefits.
• Maintain accurate partner financial records for invoicing.
• Assist new Partners with onboarding and fulfillment of program services.
• Track Partner satisfaction and translate it into success strategies.
• Provide insights and guidance for leveraging the Anthology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve Partner business objectives.
• Present to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demo Partner technology to customers.
• Manage relationships with diverse internal and Partner constituencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English at CEF B2 level or above.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in resource-constrained environments.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Strategic thinking while managing multiple projects.
• Experience in account management and customer-centric orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant applications.
• Ability to adapt to Partner needs and manage conflict.
• Demonstrated advocacy for Partners.
