Overview

The Product Support Engineer II will play an integral role in the success of the Customer Support team, focusing on Anthology’s LMS, Blackboard, and providing high-quality technical support to customers.

In Short

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting web-based product components and technologies.
  • Integrating components into other systems like Student Information Systems.
  • Demonstrating front-end application expertise.
  • Strong understanding of SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as SaaS, SSO, API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, or HTTP.
  • Problem-solving skills in complex web environments.
  • Strong knowledge of system and database administration principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to replicate, diagnose, and resolve problems.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems preferred.
  • Some Red Hat experience or other Linux/Unix operating systems.
