System Manager - Remote

Overview

The System Manager is responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s information systems, ensuring their reliable functioning and alignment with user needs.

In Short

• Support IT system development projects.
• Analyze, design, code, and test new systems and enhancements.
• Install, configure, and maintain complex information systems.
• Gather user requirements and prepare detailed program specifications.
• Investigate and resolve system problems.
• Develop testing schedules and user manuals.

• Coach lower-level support analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of system development experience; 10+ preferred.
• Understanding of user-side workflows in Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Full-stack development skills using .NET Core and related technologies.
• Proficient in SQL-based database design and optimization.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM integration best practices.
• Experience with SAP/Salesforce/Logik IO architecture.
