Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of IT or public safety experience.
• Experience with PremierOne CAD preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with public safety applications preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Proven ability to create positive customer relationships.
