The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring customer success by leveraging technical expertise and relationship management skills to guide clients through their security operations and threat intelligence journey.

In Short

  • Join the North America Customer Success team at Anomali.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for customers.
  • Help customers achieve their security operations goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Provide technical advice and support for the Anomali Platform.
  • Monitor usage and create custom dashboards for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Engage with product management to promote customer feature requests.
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success or similar roles.
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
  • Strong networking concepts and proficiency with Operating Systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Gainsight, SalesForce, and JIRA.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the US.
