Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations will work directly with the VP of Sales Strategy to drive Service Provider growth on the platform by diving into the data to find opportunities for improvement, putting together business cases, and driving large cross-functional change.

• Support Pro Capacity Growth to help grow a function that originates $500M in new sales each year.
• Identify initiatives to improve conversion or reduce costs.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve sales productivity.
• Provide thought partnership to the Sales Operations and Sales teams.
• Program manage large strategic changes involving many teams.
• Ensure smooth implementation and adaptation to new strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel modeling.
• First class communication skills and attention to detail.
• 3-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, or operations.
• Sales or Sales Operations experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong analytical and execution background.
• Management consulting experience preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Interest in home services and marketplaces.
