As a Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Manager at Customer.io, you will play a crucial role in scaling and optimizing our sales efforts, partnering directly with sales leadership to drive high-impact initiatives.

  • Equip sales team with tools and best practices through collaboration.
  • Design and implement compensation plans and territory strategies.
  • Identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks through automation.
  • Support sales leadership with market research and analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy or Revenue Operations.
  • Track record of driving sales performance through strategy and process improvements.
  • Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau.
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL for advanced analysis.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
