Overview

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager at Engine, you’ll play a key role in scaling our business by leading strategic initiatives, driving growth, and optimizing revenue processes.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional projects from opportunity identification through execution.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and track key metrics to assess performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
• Work closely with Sales, Data Science, Marketing, and Systems teams.
• Provide strategic and tactical support to go-to-market functions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Strategy, Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives to completion using project management frameworks.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; bonus points for SQL, R, Python, etc.
