In Short

• Lead the development and execution of new programs and operational capabilities.
• Design, prototype, and launch innovative processes and systems.
• Conduct high-velocity experiments to improve aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Translate bold ideas into concrete pilots and operationalize them.
• Act as an internal founder to rally teams and drive initiatives.
• Stay updated on customer expectations and market trends.
• Use data to drive decision-making and storytelling.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or product launch.
• Proven track record of building and scaling new initiatives.
• Strong influencing skills with executives and teams.
• Comfortable with tech tools and workflow automation.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn chaos into clarity.
• Deep entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
