In Short

• Coordinating workforce management for the outbound phone team.
• Develop and disseminate monthly staffing forecasts.
• Become an expert in the tools and platforms we use.
• Serve as escalation point to resolve production challenges.
• Proactively identify challenges and support projects.
• Enhance reporting capabilities with the Data & Analytics team.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in operations or strategy.
• Analytical skills and understanding of operations.
• Proven ability to think strategically.
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading conversations with external partners.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
