In Short

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers.
  • Combine technical expertise with a customer-first approach.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Drive fast time to value for customers.
  • Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement for onboarding and implementation.
  • Document best practices and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is required.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and system integrations.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Comfortable with analytics and dashboards.
  • Customer-first mentality with a focus on driving outcomes.
