Requirements

  • Doctorate or Master’s with 2 years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s with 4 years of HR experience.
  • Associate’s with 8 years of HR experience.
  • High school diploma with 10 years of HR experience.
  • Experience managing leave of absence and wellness programs.
  • Strong knowledge of leave laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Workday or HRIS experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Customer-service orientation and discretion in sensitive situations.
