Overview

The Brokerage Manager at AmeriLife will be responsible for managing advanced case design and providing tailored financial solutions to clients, while driving sales and retention of new advisor relationships.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 to 5 years of insurance sales or planning experience.
  • Understanding of insurance products and advanced case design preferred.
  • Applicable State Insurance Licenses required.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 or 66 preferred.
  • Strong selling skills and motivation to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Business acumen and ownership mentality.
