In Short

• Oversee trade processing and order management to ensure accurate and timely execution of client trades.
• Support day-to-day brokerage operations by identifying and mitigating operational and trading risks.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with regulatory reporting obligations.
• Develop and maintain processes to identify and rectify trading errors.
• Assist in setting up and supporting OTC trading activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for client-related brokerage questions.
• Work cross-functionally to support new product launches.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal policies and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or execution management.
• Strong understanding of market structure and trade lifecycle management.
• Experience in order handling and execution quality monitoring.
• Knowledge of financial regulations impacting trading and execution.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and trading platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
