• Operative support of the application landscape and evaluation of metrics and alerts
• IT 3rd Level Support, coordinating requests from 1st and 2nd Level Support to Engineering and partners
• Analysis of log data
• Evaluation of relational data

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business, Media) Computer Science or comparable training/experience
• Several years of experience in data analysis/queries in relational databases using SQL
• Experience with log file analysis, e.g., in AWS CloudWatch using AWS CLI
• Independent, structured, communicative, and goal-oriented working style
• Interest and enjoyment in the stock market
• Methodological experience in agile processes like SCRUM/Kanban, as well as experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Analytical thinking as well as strategic and process-oriented thinking and action
• Initiative, communication, and feedback skills are essential; as a team player, constructive exchange is important to achieve set goals on time
• Fluent German language skills (min. C1)
