Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for successfully executing all sales goals, implementing strategic initiatives for business growth, managing external sales representatives, and direct sales activities for assigned region.

In Short

  • Focus on TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL end users, OEM’s, and distributors.
  • Assume Key Account Management role for applicable OEM’s.
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives.
  • Establish sales objectives with a sales plan.
  • Maintain and expand customer base.
  • Recommend product lines based on market trends.
  • Participate in educational opportunities for job knowledge.
  • Complete related results to accomplish sales mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in the technical industry.
  • Sales channel creation and management experience.
  • Comfortable presenting in large groups.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
  • Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
