Overview

AMBOSS is seeking a Sales Manager in Asia to drive growth in the campus market, focusing on acquiring new campus licenses and networking with key stakeholders.

In Short

  • Coordinate sales and pricing strategies with the Head of B2B.
  • Prepare offers and negotiate pricing for respective regions.
  • Develop understanding of university interests and objectives.
  • Generate new business from the University campus market.
  • Research and share market intelligence.
  • Manage and develop a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Present value propositions to potential customers.
  • Network with stakeholders in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for aligned efforts.
  • Track activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of direct sales experience in strategic deals within Universities.
  • Experience selling to Dean and Vice Dean C-level contacts.
  • Knowledge of the medical university market or Healthcare IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize activities.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory (up to 60%).
