Overview

An Implementation Manager - Strategic Accounts will lead complex onboardings for important customers, managing the full implementation lifecycle and ensuring successful activation on the Alvys platform.

• Lead end-to-end implementations for complex enterprise customers.
• Drive successful activation on the Alvys platform.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders during onboarding.
• Develop deep platform knowledge to support customer operations.
• Translate workflows into structured implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot issues across EDI, API, and accounting integrations.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
• Influence stakeholders and manage project scope.
• Provide feedback to the Product team for improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for seamless account growth.
• Travel across the U.S. for onsite kickoffs and trainings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise implementation or solutions consulting.
• Proven success managing complex customer projects.
• Strong project management skills—organized and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Product fluency to map business processes to technical systems.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage expectations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms; knowledge of logistics and integrations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. for key milestones.
