Strategic Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

DailyPay is seeking a forward-thinking, organized, and enthusiastic Strategic Implementation Manager to join our rapidly growing company in NYC. This individual will be a pivotal member of our Strategic Accounts Implementation team, leading the deployment of our SAAS solution for our largest accounts.

In Short

• Lead the technical aspects of the DailyPay integration for Strategic customers
• Perform comprehensive discovery and build robust documentation of the implementation requirements
• Perform technical research to provide unique solutions for complex customer integrations
• Become a specialist in our product, configuration, and internal processes
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
• Work hand in hand with the sales team to assist with pre-sales and scoping discussions
• Suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and feedback from DailyPay customers
• Work closely with the operations and support teams to discuss implementation details and nuances during the post launch handoff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in Implementation of SAAS solutions
• Experience working with demanding, high-stakes Strategic accounts, managing operational and C-level stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT
• Experience with sFTP automation and API builds
