Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in account management or business development in life sciences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments (FDA, HIPAA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SalesForce experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated experience as a People Manager.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
