Overview

The Implementation Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Flores, the client, and the broker, managing relationships from the point of sale through setup completion, ensuring client satisfaction with services delivered.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and brokers during implementation.
  • Utilize technical IRS Code and employee benefit knowledge.
  • Field phone calls and organize follow-up with clients and brokers.
  • Conduct client training sessions on Flores Employer Admin site.
  • Provide high-level customer service and maintain positive relationships.
  • Research technical and legal questions for clients.
  • Assist Sales and Account Management teams with operational advice.
  • Complete daily tasks related to new group implementations.
  • Maintain quality work that promotes Flores’ core values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in benefits management or customer service preferred.
  • Experience in CDH and COBRA administration highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for superior customer service.
  • Able to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated individual seeking professional growth.
  • Ability to manage significant client relationships.
  • Understanding of high-level customer service value.
