Implementation Account Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Account Manager at Yuno, you will engage with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our payment solutions, collaborating with technical teams to drive application health and success.

• Lead discussions with senior leadership on technical strategy.

• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in a fintech or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Expertise in server-side languages (Golang, Python, Node.js).
• Exposure to database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
