As an Implementation Account Manager at Yuno, you will play a crucial role in helping companies accept various payment methods and manage fraud detection through a single integration. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide strategic technical guidance.

In Short

Lead discussions with senior leadership on technical and product strategy.
Develop relationships with customers to understand their operational needs.
Provide advocacy and strategic guidance to customers.
Collaborate with Product and Development teams for product customization.
Monitor product integrations and ramp-ups for success.

Requirements

4 years of experience in a technical account manager or integration engineering role.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API, Frameworks.
Expertise in at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js).
Exposure to server and database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Fluency in English.
