Overview

The Sr. Relationship Manager is an individual contributor role within Customer Success, focusing on managing existing named Enterprise accounts, driving retention, and supporting long-term customer growth.

In Short

  • Manage large Enterprise accounts from onboarding through the full customer lifecycle.
  • Provide temporary coverage for LATAM Enterprise accounts in 2026, conducting customer engagement in Spanish.
  • Transition to assigned United States Enterprise accounts in 2027.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews in Spanish and English.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business priorities.
  • Articulate business value and ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Own and drive renewal opportunities and navigate procurement processes.
  • Accurately forecast projected revenue attainment.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within each account.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • 2 or more years of SaaS industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS retention strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience working across Latin American markets preferred.
