Overview

The Senior Relationship Success Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing asset manager relationships to ensure smooth onboarding, satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of business growth.

In Short

  • Manage and nurture asset manager relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for asset manager clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Support internal teams on new fund launches.
  • Maintain records on client interactions through CRM.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Facilitate communication plans with asset managers.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly with asset managers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office/365 skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
