Overview

As a Senior Community Relationship Manager for Airbnb, you will be the voice of the host community for Canada, working cross functionally with Canadian policy, legal and the central teams around product, CS and trust.

In Short

  • Be the voice of the host community for Canada.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams at Airbnb.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support engaged Airbnb hosts.
  • Manage a group of ~100 Community Leaders.
  • Provide mentorship and resources to Community Leaders.
  • Gather host insights to improve Airbnb products.
  • Maintain a professional presence and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Support community engagement through events and content.
  • Track and report on performance metrics.
  • Educate hosts on product changes and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in community management or client relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Proficient in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with online community platforms.
  • Passion for community building and engagement.
  • Knowledge of Airbnb's products and services.
