Overview

Great Gray Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Implementation Solutions Team, focusing on the implementation of complex fund launches and lifecycle events.

In Short

• Work with the Implementation Solutions Team on fund lifecycle events.
• Assist with implementation activities and align with stakeholder goals.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Complete governance materials and internal reporting related to implementations.
• Maintain fund data and workflows in internal applications.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and external parties to resolve issues.
• Develop new processes to enhance implementation efficiency.
• Identify and manage risks associated with implementations.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or relevant field.
• 1+ years experience in financial services, preferably in fund administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
