Overview

We’re ALSO, an electric mobility company focused on creating innovative and efficient small EVs. We are looking for a strategic, analytical Total Rewards & Engagement Partner to design and scale our global compensation, job architecture, benefits, and engagement programs.

In Short

• Lead global compensation strategy including salary structures and benchmarking.
• Own and evolve global job architecture and career paths.
• Develop compensation models and regional pay differentials.
• Partner with Finance on compensation budgets and workforce planning.
• Support global benefits strategy and vendor management.
• Lead recognition programs and culture-building initiatives.
• Create clear communications for employees regarding compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in compensation or total rewards, ideally in a global environment.
• Experience with job architecture and designing leveling frameworks.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; fluency in compensation benchmarking tools.
• Experience running global compensation cycles.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
