Overview

The Senior Director of Warehouse Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, strategy, and execution of multiple distribution centers (DCs) supporting Alo Yoga and BELLA+CANVAS business operations. This individual ensures each DC meets key performance indicators (KPIs), operates within budget, and aligns with enterprise-level goals for service, efficiency, and scalability. The Senior Director of Warehouse Operations partners closely with the DC Directors and the VP of Global Operations to develop and implement both operational and peak season strategies across all facilities.

• Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple distribution centers.

• Budget Ownership: Manage budgets for each distribution center.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the VP of Global Operations and DC Directors.
• Peak Season Planning: Partner with leadership to proactively plan and execute peak season strategies.
• Process Optimization: Drive process improvements and standardization across all DCs.
• Technology & Systems: Support effective utilization and enhancements of WMS and automation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Transportation, Planning, Inventory, and Customer Experience teams.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all DCs comply with OSHA and local labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive warehouse or DC leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-volume, omni-channel distribution operations.
• Proven track record of developing strong leadership teams.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP EWM).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage large budgets.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or apparel distribution environments.
• Familiarity with automation systems and operational technology.
• Certification in supply chain or operations (e.g., CSCP, Six Sigma, PMP).
