Payroll Specialist, Italy - Remote

Overview

As the first Payroll employee in Italy, this individual must be a strong self-starter with a growth mindset. This individual will support with establishing all Payroll practices in Italy, in partnership with the wider Finance team. This role will partner directly with cross-functional teams to support the stores across Italy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefit support roles
• Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Italian payroll regulations
