Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

BDA is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in both domestic and international payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on payroll experience, a deep understanding of ADP systems, and strong Excel skills to support detailed reporting and reconciliations.

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for U.S. and international employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Handle garnishments, deductions, and benefit withholdings accurately
• Utilize ADP systems for payroll input, reporting, and audits
• Develop and maintain payroll reports using Excel
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Fluent in both English and French required
• Payroll certification is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of payroll experience
• ADP Celergo experience required
• Strong ADP systems knowledge
• Fluent in both English and French
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
• Payroll certification is a plus
