Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, for assigned markets.

• Managing end-to-end payroll operations primarily for Australia and New Zealand.
• Partnering with the external payroll provider for accurate monthly payroll data.
• Liaising with payroll vendors to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Executing salary payouts via bank transfer.
• Maintaining up-to-date payroll records.
• First point of contact for payroll and admin matters.
• Supporting Payroll Management tasks and report generation.
• Liaising with government agencies for compliance.
• Preparing and submitting reports to relevant authorities.
• Maintaining confidentiality of payroll operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR related to Payroll.
• Experience in HR Shared Services Hub.
• University degree in HR, Economics or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Reliable working attitude.
