Corporate Counsel, International - Remote

Overview

Alo is seeking a midlevel corporate attorney to support our international expansion efforts, handling corporate matters related to the company’s international operations.

In Short

• Collaborate with business teams for international entity formation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and filing requirements.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to international operations.
• Assist with KYC and local banking requirements.
• Develop and implement company policies aligned with legal requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to address contract-related issues.
• Participate in other legal department projects as needed.

Requirements

• J.D. from a top tier law school with strong credentials.
• Admission to the California bar preferred.
• Five or more years of transactional experience in big law and in-house.
• Experience supporting international expansion and operations.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to take initiative and work flexible hours.
