• Legal support for the creation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in offshore and free economic zones.
• Contract management in accordance with English law and offshore jurisdiction legislation.
• Counterparty verification and working with sanctions databases (OFAC, UK, Asia).
• Assistance in opening accounts in international banks and payment systems, supporting KYC procedures.
• Preparation of legal opinions and recommendations on foreign legislation.
• Monitoring legislative changes and analyzing promising jurisdictions.
• Interaction with foreign consultants and regulators.

Requirements
