Overview

The KIPP Foundation is seeking a Senior Director of IT Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of technology, infrastructure, and end-user support services across the KIPP Foundation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in operational leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Experience with network management and security tools.
• Proven ability in managing multi-platform infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Preferred certifications in relevant technologies.
