Overview

The Manager of Compensation and Performance Management will be responsible for managing and implementing compensation strategies, systems, and programs that align with the organization's compensation philosophy to pay our teammates competitively, equitably, and transparently.

  • Support strategic planning with data reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, finance or related field.
  • Progressive experience in compensation and total rewards.
  • Experience with FLSA guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Docs.
  • Ability to lead change management.
  • Knowledge of HR management and policies.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
