Omada is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and further scale this key function within our organization. This role focuses on every operational aspect of the buyer’s journey by designing, optimizing, and driving performance of the GTM operating system (e.g. data/insights, processes, and technology). The Sr Director of Sales Operations oversees a team of operational talent spanning, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and channel operations. This is a high impact position in a fast-growing, highly successful organization that offers tremendous room for professional growth. The position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 12+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and sales productivity tools.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Experience preparing for high-growth phases.
