Overview

The Manager, People & Talent Operations at AllTrails is responsible for scaling talent acquisition strategies and managing critical People Programs, ensuring a world-class experience for employees and candidates.

In Short

• Own and evolve the full-cycle recruiting process and strategy.
• Manage requisitions during high volume as a player-coach.
• Partner with the executive team to fill senior leadership roles.
• Directly manage a Recruiter and People Ops Associate.
• Develop strategies for diversity in hiring.
• Design and execute employee events that amplify culture and values.
• Build a learning & development roadmap.
• Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent roles.
• 2+ years of management experience in a People/HR function.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong project management skills in designing people programs.
• High sense of urgency and accountability.
• Ability to streamline People processes with technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on operator with a strategic perspective.
