Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting new business from agents and maintaining current business levels while achieving territory volume and profit objectives.

  • Compensation range is $69,200 - $103,900 annually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or insurance.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in training and developing agents.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Must reside within a 1.5-hour commute of Trenton, NJ.
