This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and fast-growing area of the bank as a Fraud Analyst, focusing on delivering the right outcomes for customers and managing fraud investigations.

In Short

  • Proactive review of fraud risks related to Card Transaction and Payments Fraud.
  • Manage own case load of Fraud Investigations.
  • Recovery of funds through appropriate platforms.
  • Support VISA Dispute and Financial Reconciliation processes.
  • Identify new fraud trends and collaborate on prevention strategies.
  • Support Allica’s Change programme.
  • Assist with training needs and provide coaching.
  • Communicate ongoing and new fraud risks to the business.
  • Adhere to Allica’s risk management framework.
  • Ensure compliance with Allica’s policies.

Requirements

  • Fraud Investigation experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction and payment processing rules.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Quality relationship management skills.
  • Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
