Overview

The Business Risk and Controls Analyst will support the Business Risk and Controls Team in delivering the risk & control management program, focusing on operational and conduct-related risks.

In Short

• Perform analysis and identify trends from risk management data.
• Provide administrative support to risk and control projects.
• Build relationships with risk and control owners.
• Support business areas with risk management queries.
• Facilitate triage of risk events and issues.
• Conduct periodic control testing and sampling.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis.
• Strong team player with stakeholder management experience.
• Understanding of risk mitigation and operational risk management.
• Willingness to be hands-on and adapt quickly.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Experience in assurance/monitoring of risks and controls is desirable.
