Business Analyst - Product Control - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Product Control to join our Product Control Transformation workstream. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, supporting the delivery of strategic technology solutions, and ensuring alignment with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF).

In Short

• Analyze business requirements for P&L control and regulatory needs.
• Produce detailed project analysis including data mapping and process improvement.
• Collaborate with the Product Control team on transformation initiatives.
• Document and communicate required changes and business benefits.
• Lead system testing phases ensuring Finance requirements are covered.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams.
• Provide data analysis to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Control within Global Banking and Markets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for high-quality documentation.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
