Overview

The Product Management Business Analyst II provides business and subject matter expertise for the receipt, review, and delivery of client requests and internal projects related to system and portal design, implementation, and support.

In Short

• Support Product Management and Scrum teams in analyzing requirements and issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Maintain timely communications on all tickets within the domain.
• Support QA and UAT processes as a subject matter expert.
• Design and validate ad hoc reports based on client requirements.
• Assist in generating User Stories and User Acceptance Criteria.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Support product and process training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the health insurance industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
