In Short

• Write, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria with a strong technical emphasis in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Ensure stories are clear, concise, and actionable for development teams with technical details as much as possible.
• Work closely with business users to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Facilitate regular communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in prioritizing the product backlog and ensure that work items are well-defined and ready for development.
• Participate in backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings.
• Support testing efforts by collaborating with QA teams to ensure that acceptance criteria are met.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful deployment.
• Maintain clear documentation on user stories, processes, and changes.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and potential roadblocks to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in environments where the product owner role is shared or “light” in focus.
• Basic understanding of technical architectures and software development processes.
• Advanced English
