Overview

The Regional Operations Manager leads the Regional Branch Operations Teams and is responsible for improving Field Operations performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning local market activities to meet financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel and Office Suite.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
