Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Allegion serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing service requests, performance reporting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Act as the primary liaison for customer accounts.
  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, and customer portals.
  • Participate in customer conference calls to review service delivery.
  • Document updates and communications in work orders.
  • Run daily reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs.
  • Review and resolve billing reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and field teams.
  • Work collaboratively across teams.
  • Travel minimally for customer meetings or training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 1–2 years in customer service or account management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting reports.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office programs.
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA.
